Roles and Responsibilities

Lead SAP Group Reporting solution design and implementation activities
Define consolidation processes, reporting requirements, and solution approach aligned with business needs
Lead fit-to-standard analysis and recommend process improvements based on SAP best practices
Own Group Reporting functional solution design and configuration decisions
Lead configuration, testing, defect resolution, and validation activities
Review reporting solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements and SAP standards
Coordinate with FICO, SAC, technical teams, and other functional areas to deliver integrated solutions
Support data migration, reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare stabilization activities
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level consultants

Complete assigned activities according to project timelines and agreed quality standards
Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements
Follow SAP implementation methodology, project governance, and delivery standards
Apply SAP best practices and industry standards in solution delivery
Maintain proper documentation for configuration, development, testing, decisions, and project activities

Qualifications

8+ years SAP Finance consulting experience
Strong experience with SAP Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and reporting processes
Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance processes and integration with Group Reporting
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition latest release or at least two major releases back preferred
Experience participating in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition conversion projects is a strong advantage
SAP Group Reporting / SAP Finance certification is a plus
