Description

Ready to Revolutionize How Mid-Market Businesses Grow?

At Intuit, the Mid-Market team is on a mission to help customers grow with us as their business grows. We're disrupting the mid-market by building Intuit Enterprise Suite, an AI-native ERP built for businesses that have outgrown small business tools.

As a Staff Product Designer on Onboarding & Migration, you'll own the design of the early journey from post-purchase to realizing the first value of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online Advanced.

We're looking for a strategic thinker who can turn a complex first experience into a fast, confident path to value, someone who holds ambiguity without losing clarity, and brings strong interaction and visual craft to AI+HI onboarding and migration experiences. You sweat the details and have a relentless obsession with high-quality and design framework that can scale. You move fast, actively using AI-powered prototyping tools to design, iterate, and validate ideas at a pace that matches the ambition of the work.

If you're excited about designing AI-native onboarding and migration solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end post-purchase journey, from account setup through first value, across IES and QBO Advanced

  • Design migration experiences that help customers move data and workflows from legacy systems or QBO into IES with minimal disruption

  • Reduce time-to-value and drop-off across onboarding, balancing automation (AI) with human guidance where trust and accuracy matter most

  • Partner closely with engineering on migration tooling and data mapping to make technical constraints invisible to the customer

  • Design AI+HI solutions grounded in real customer problems, ensuring powerful capabilities translate into meaningful outcomes for enterprise customers

  • Influence roadmap direction and prioritization through a user-centered perspective

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and service designers to deliver customer-backed experiences

  • Advocate for higher quality standards and clearer design principles

  • Mentor designers and elevate craft across the team

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise or platform products, with a proven track record of designing in deeply technical problem spaces

  • Comfort operating at the intersection of design and engineering, understanding technical constraints and using them to inform better solutions

  • Experience designing for or alongside AI and automation capabilities

  • A strong foundation in design principles and methodologies.

  • Experience influencing roadmap and product strategy

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field

  • A portfolio that showcases systems thinking, enterprise complexity, and high craft

  • Bonus: proficiency with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar
