Description

Learns to provide guidance to customers, under supervision. Completes assigned development tasks to learn to support optimizations (e.g. automation) of solutions and technical delivery. Learns to take ownership of basic reactive technical assistance in chosen technical specialty. Assists customers with basic installations and configuration of software products under supervision. References and contributes to customer deliverables and documentation to help customers implement solutions. Performs problem analysis with supervision, providing documented technical solutions ready for customers to implement, test, and maintain. Learns to leverage customer insights to identify new service offerings and learns to deliver presentations to build understanding of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
-Consults written technical documentation while learning to provide guidance to customers, under supervision.
-Develops foundational understanding of Oracle technologies, products, services, and best practices, and relevant industry trends and advancements.
-Completes assigned development tasks to learn to support optimizations or efficiency efforts (e.g., automation, streamlined processes, elimination of redundant effort) under leadership.
Service Delivery:
-Learns to take ownership of basic reactive remote or onsite technical assistance requests in chosen technical specialty as suggested by senior colleagues.
-Assists customers with basic installations and configuration of software products, under supervision.
-Reviews and abides by lessons learned post-project to refine approach for technology implementation or project.
Global Customer Engagement & Education:
-Supports customer relationships by addressing technical needs and assisting in solution delivery to meet operational goals, with guidance.
-Learns to understand product features, upgrades, and patches to be able to provide education to customers regarding best practices for technology stability, maintainability, upgradeability, and performance.
-Attends customer meetings to support senior colleagues in gathering technical input, as needed.
Technical Design & Documentation:
-References and contributes to customer deliverables and documentation to help customers implement solutions.
-Performs problem analysis and investigation, providing documented technical solutions ready for customers to implement, test and maintain, with supervision.
-Attends solution design reviews with senior engineers.
-Learns about design trends and existing tools to begin supporting solution quality and maintain relevance.
Influence & Collaboration:
-References and contributes to customer deliverables and documentation to help customers implement solutions.
-Performs problem analysis and investigation, providing documented technical solutions ready for customers to implement, test and maintain, with supervision.
-Attends solution design reviews with senior engineers.
-Learns about design trends and existing tools to begin supporting solution quality and maintain relevance.
Innovation & Business Development:
-Begins to observe how customer feedback is used and learns from others how product alignment informs services and engagement.
-Learns to leverage customer insights to identify new service offerings and engagement methods.
-Learns to identify sales opportunities for additional services for customers by aligning Oracle capabilities with evolving customer requirements.
-Learns to deliver presentations and observes client consultations to build understanding of solutions.
-Begins developing technical knowledge to understand the value proposition and its customer impact; observes discussions on contracts under threat.

-Completes assigned tasks and monitors timelines and/or budgets to ensure the timely completion of work in accordance with project requirements. Follows direction to prioritize work and adjust to shifts in resources or timelines.
Problem Solving:
-Follows standard procedures to identify and escalate issues to senior team members. Collects and reviews basic information to troubleshoot common errors.
Continuous Learning:
-Builds knowledge and learns new skills aligned with industry trends and best practices as directed. Incorporates feedback and participates in training to improve skills.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.04 to $50.43 per hour; from: $50,000 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
