Creative Director

About the Role:

Aircall is looking for a Creative Director to build the creative platform that makes our brand distinctive in the AI voice agent category. Working from Aircall’s existing brand foundation, you will define how the brand shows up across global campaigns, content, social, events, and digital experiences, and raise the creative standard across every market and channel.

This is a player-coach role combining ambitious creative leadership with strong operational discipline. You will guide brand design, copywriting, video, motion, localization, and content production while creating the systems that help teams produce high-quality work consistently and at scale.

You will need a strong point of view on what makes creative work distinctive and effective, along with the judgment to navigate complex dependencies, make clear decisions, and keep work moving across a global organization.

Your work will directly shape how the market understands and trusts Aircall as an AI voice agent company.

Where You’ll Work:

This role is based in our New York, NY office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve Aircall’s global creative vision, principles, and storytelling system.
• Build distinctive creative platforms for major product launches, integrated campaigns, category moments, events, and brand activations.
• Translate complex product and AI propositions into clear, compelling ideas that work across audiences and channels.
• Set and protect the quality bar across brand design, copywriting, video, motion, social, events, and digital experiences.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning design, copy, video, content production, and localization.
• Direct internal teams and external creative partners from brief and concept development through production and launch.
• Partner closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Programs, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and leadership to connect creative work to business priorities.
• Build scalable creative systems, templates, and production models that create global consistency while enabling effective regional adaptation.
• Establish clear briefing, review, prioritization, and approval processes to improve creative quality, speed, and accountability.
• Guide the creative direction for organic social and video in partnership with regional Content Strategists.
• Use AI and automation to improve creative development, versioning, localization, and production workflows across tools.
• Evaluate creative performance and apply learnings to strengthen future campaigns and brand programs.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in creative, brand, or content leadership roles.
• B2B SaaS experience is required; experience marketing AI products or working at an AI-focused company is a strong plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating distinctive brand systems, creative brand campaigns, and multi-channel creative work.
• In-house experience, with a strong bias toward building and leading internal creative capabilities.
• Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary creative talent.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical or complex products into simple, memorable creative ideas.
• Experience building global creative platforms that can be adapted across markets, languages, and channels.
• Proven ability to lead complex creative programs involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong AI fluency, with practical experience using AI to improve the quality, speed, or scale of creative production.
• A strategic and opinionated design perspective, balanced with sound business judgment and a collaborative working style.
